Troubleshooting Video/Camera
- Go to your "Settings" menu.
- On the left side, scroll down to "Security & privacy".
- On the right side, scroll down to "Privacy" and tap it.
- From this menu, select "Permission manager".
- Scroll down and select "Camera".
- On the "Camera" permission page, scroll down to the "Not allowed" section and select "Zoom" from the list.
- On the Zoom "Camera permission" page, select "Allow only while using the app".
- Use the back button to return to the "Permission Manager" page.
- Scroll down to "Microphone" and select it from the list.
- On the "Microphone" permission page, scroll down to the "Not allowed" section and select "Zoom" from the list.
- On the Zoom "Microphone permission" page, select "Allow only while using the app".
- Once these settings are confirmed, return to the "Application" menu and select "Camera" from the list to test it before returning to test your chosen meeting software.
