This article is about logging into your MySprings account as a staff member.
- Navigate to my.springscs.org, where you will see a box in the middle of the screen asking for your username/email and password.
- Enter your Springs email (firstname.lastname@springscs.org) in the "Username" field.
- Enter your password. If you have forgotten your MySprings password, click the "Forgot password?" button on the right side of the box.
- Click on the checkbox next to the "For Parent" option to select your account type.
- Enter your email and then click "Reset password".
- You will be sent an email with a unique "reset password" link, which will take you to a page that will prompt you to change your password.
- After you have changed your password, you can go back to the MySprings login page and sign in.
- Please use a secure password that is at least 8 characters long, and it is recommended that your password should include capital letters and numbers.
- Click on the checkbox next to the "For Parent" option to select your account type.
- Click the "Sign in" button when you are done entering your credentials.
- You will be asked to enter a multi-factor authentication code. If you do not have your Authenticator app set up, please see this tutorial: "Logging in with Two Factor Authentication enabled".
- To get this code, open your Google Authenticator and retrieve the code for your MySprings account.
- Note that each code will only be valid for 30 seconds each, so if the code changes while you are entering it, you must return to Google Authenticator to retrieve the newest active code and enter that one instead. You will know if the code is about to expire if the numbers and countdown timer on the right side turns red.
- To get this code, open your Google Authenticator and retrieve the code for your MySprings account.
- Click the "Sign in" button after you have entered your MFA code.
- You have successfully signed in. You will be taken to your MySprings dashboard.
