MySprings: How to log into your Parent Account

This article is about logging into your parent MySprings account. It is not the same as the student MySprings account or your OASIS account!

1. Navigate to my.springscs.org, where you will see a box in the middle of the screen asking for your username/email and password.
   
2. Log in to your MySprings account:
   1. Enter your email or parent ID. Students use a username to log in, but parent accounts use an email or parent ID to log in. The login email will be the parent email listed in your OASIS account.
      1. This is NOT the same as your OASIS login credentials! OASIS will have a separate username and password.
      2. If the email is incorrect in OASIS, You can change it in the OASIS Parent Portal. If you need support with logging into OASIS, contacting Student Records.
         1. Call (951) 252-8811 or email them at student.records@springscs.org.
      3. If you do not know your parent ID, you can contact your program or Student Records to obtain it.
   2. Enter your password. Remember, your MySprings password is NOT the same as your OASIS password. Please be sure to enter the correct password.
      1. If you are logging in for the first time or if you have forgotten your MySprings password, click the "Forgot password?" button on the right side of the box.
         
         1. Click on the checkbox next to the "For Parent" option to select your account type.
            
         2. Enter your email and then click "Reset password". Your email must be the email listed in your OASIS account.
            
         3. You will be sent an email with a unique "reset password" link, which will take you to a page that will prompt you to change your password.
         4. After you have changed your password, you can go back to the MySprings login page and sign in.
      2. Please use a secure password that is at least 8 characters long, and it is recommended that your password should include capital letters and numbers.
3. Click the "Sign in" button when you are done entering your credentials.
   
4. Check the name on the bottom left corner of the screen. If it is one of your students' name, you need to log out and log in again with your parent email as listed in OASIS and your MySprings password.
