How to find the password on a Reliance Orbic Mobile Hotspot
- Power on by pressing the power button on the right side of the front of the device for a few seconds.
- Click the "Menu" button on the side of the device to go through the menu options, until the screen that says "2.4GHz" or "5.0GHz" appears.
- Briefly press the power button while you are on the screen that says "2.4GHz" or "5.0GHz". You will see an information screen appear, which will have the network name at the top. The password will be at the bottom of the screen next to the lock symbol.
- Enter this password when prompted by the device you are connecting to it.
NOTE: The difference between "2.4GHz" and "5.0GHz" is that 2.4GHz is more durable and has a wider range. This is ideal if you would like to use this for a device in another room. While 5.0GHz is faster, it has a smaller range, and walls can impact the strength of this signal.
Please keep in mind that as this is a Verizon device, the signal strength will only be as strong as Verizon's network.
