How to perform a software update on a MiFi

How to set up a new MiFi on a Reliance Orbic Mobile Hotspot

1. Let the MiFi charge for a few minutes (if you haven't already).
2. Power on by pressing the power button on the right side of the front of the device for a few seconds.
   
3. Click the "Menu" button on the side of the device to go to the "Next" page of the menu, until you get to the software updates page.
   
4. Press the power button briefly to select "OK".
   
5. Press the power button briefly to select "OK" for the "Check for Update" screen.
   
6. Wait for updates to process.
   

This may have to be repeated a few times.
