- To access a students inventory in Marketplace, select the My Students tab in the navigation menu:
- Select the View link to view a particular student:
- Select the Inventory & Devices dropdown:
- Select the inventory category you would like to view:
- Marketplace Inventory: Any non consumable items that have been purchased through the new Marketplace system.
- OPS Inventory: Any non consumable items that were purchased through the old OPS system.
- Devices & Chromebooks: Any Chromebooks/devices that have been checked out to the student through the I.T. inventory system.
- How can I download a report:
- Click any of the available drop downs (Marketplace Inventory, OPS Inventory or Devices & Chromebooks) > click the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner, and select Download Report:
Marketplace Inventory
- For Bookmart orders, inventory records get created once the item is fulfilled (shipped or picked up).
- For EMR and Punchout, inventory records get created once the item is mark as "received" by the teacher
- Can be transferred to siblings by teachers and Marketplace Admins
- How can I update the status of Marketplace Inventory items?
- Teachers and Marketplace Admins can change the status of inventory items by selecting the Marketplace Inventory dropdown, selecting the appropriate tab and then changing the status in the Update Status column:
- Checked Out: The item is currently checked out to the student
- Returned to Teacher: The item was returned to the teacher
- Lost: The item is lost
- Returned: The item was returned
- Transferred: The item was transferred
- How can I transfer Marketplace Inventory Items to a sibling?
- Teachers and Marketplace Admins can transfer inventory items by selecting the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner and selecting Transfer Inventory:
- Select the items you would like to transfer, select a sibling, and then click the Transfer button:
- Transferred inventory will show in the Transferred tab. The Transfer History Button can be clicked to see when the item was transferred and by who:
OPS Inventory
- These are inventory items that were transferred over from the old OPS system
- Cannot be transferred to siblings
- How can I update the status of OPS inventory items?
- Teachers and Marketplace Admins can change the status of OPS inventory items by selecting the OPS Inventory dropdown, selecting the appropriate tab and then changing the status in the Update Status column:
- Checked Out: The item is currently checked out to the student

- Lost: The item is lost

Devices & Chromebooks
- These are devices & Chromebooks that were checked out the the I.T. inventory system.
- These items cannot be transferred or have the status updated.
