All prescription and over-the-counter medications brought to school require accompanying documentation and should be in original containers labeled with the student's information. Only medications prescribed by the student’s healthcare provider (HCP) and over-the-counter medications listed on the documentation may be brought to school. This form must be renewed annually.
- The only items that a child may have on campus without needing an order or approval is lotion, sunscreen, and ChapStick.
