- In MySprings, navigate to My Documents under the Human Resources tab:
2. Select the ... icon in the upper right hand corner and select Direct Deposit Forms
3. The charters will be automatically checked based on your current position. If you need to add/remove charters, use the checkboxes and click the Create Direct Deposit Forms button:
4. After successfully creating the forms, you will receive two emails. One email showing that the documents are ready to sign (in your work email) and another to your personal email showing that you have generated new direct deposit forms (for security purposes).
5. You will be redirected to your documents page and can now sign and submit your new/updated direct deposit forms:
