In order to update contact information for yourself or your student, including adding and removing emergency contacts, please follow the below steps.
Parents can update certain information on their own, but certain changes must be made by Student Records.
Profile updates that can be completed by the parent:
- Mailing Address
- Home Address (must submit updated proofs)
- Phone numbers
- Emergency Contacts
- Annual Income
Please only update the information that has changed. You do not need to fill in every area.
Note: Changes to home address will require that one proof of residence be emailed to student.records@springscs.org in order to complete your request.
Profile updates that must be completed by contacting Student Records:
- Name changes
- Removing Parent 1 or Parent 2
- Removing 3rd Party Authorizations
Email student.records@springscs.org or call (951) 252-8811 to make these changes.
How to update your parent profile in OASIS:
- Navigate to my.springscs.org and log in to your MySprings account.
- On the navigation menu at the left of the page, go to the "Apps" page.
- Click on the "Oasis" tile.
- If you do not see the tile, use the "Filters" button at the top to search for the app by title.
- Alternatively, you can also use the direct link to https://oasis.springscs.org/.
- Log into your OASIS parent account.
- Click on "Update my Info" at the top of the page.
- Click on the "Make Changes" button at the top below "My Information".
- On the next screen, you will see your current information, along with input fields where you can enter any changes to this information.
- Update only the fields you need to, you do not need to fill out every field!
- Note: Once the changes are submitted, your profile update status will be "pending". You will not be able to make further changes while the status is "pending", until after the changes are applied, so make sure all fields you want updated are filled out correctly before you proceed.
- Save your changes by clicking on the "Submit" button, which can be found at either the top or bottom of your screen.
This updated information will be incorporated into your permanent profile by the Student Records Team.
