Problem

I cannot see my TOR students easily because I am assigned a large number of additional students through Clever.

Cause

Clever is assigning students from ALL of your rosters, not just your homeroom, to you.

Ex. your Algebra, Beginning Keyboarding, AND your homeroom students are all visible in Branching Minds

Solution

Create a group in Branching Minds for your Homeroom students

1. Resource: Branching Minds Help Articles has a collection of resources and guides on how to create and manage groups.

Exceptions

• If you have more than your homeroom/caseload on your roster in Branching minds AND they are not associated to you in another way (i.e. through another of your rosters or through your position title), please submit a Clever help ticket.
