- Navigate to my.springscs.org and log in to your MySprings account.
- On the navigation menu at the left of the page, go to the "Apps" page.
- Click on the "Oasis" tile.
- If you do not see the tile, use the "Filters" button at the top to search for the app by title.
- Alternatively, you can also use the direct link to https://oasis.springscs.org/.
- Click on the "CLICK HERE" button next to "Forgot your password?"
- On the "Request a Temporary Password" pop-up window, fill in your information.
- Enter your Username: If your username begins with a P use a capital P. Your username is case-sensitive.

Enter your Email on File: Enter the main parent email address that Springs has on file for you.
- CAUTION: Do not leave a space at the beginning or end of your email address as it will create an error. If you get an error, remove the spaces.
- Select which portal you need to access: Select the "Parent" option from the dropdown menu.
- Release of Liability: Checkmark the "Release of Liability" box.
- Click the green "Go" button to submit your request.
- You will get a message that says a temporary password has been sent to your email. Check your email to retrieve the password.
- Check your email to retrieve the password, the email should have the subject "About your OASIS Account".
- Log into OASIS with your username and temporary password.
- If your username begins with a P use a capital P. Your username is case-sensitive.
- You will be prompted to create a new password. Enter your new password and click the green "Submit" button.
- Please write down your new password for future use. Thank you!
