In order for our IT technicians to help you, they will need access to your TeamViewer ID. In order to find it, follow the steps below.

On Windows/PC

1. Use the search feature to look up "TeamViewer" or "TeamViewer Host".
   
2. Locate the "TeamViewer Host" application on the menu and open it.
   
3. When the app opens, the ID can be found at the bottom of the window. This is the number you will give to your IT technician.
   

On Mac

1. Open the "Finder" application.
   
2. In the "Applications" menu, locate the "TeamViewer" icon on the menu and open it.
   
3. When the app opens, the ID can be found at the bottom of the window. This is the number you will give to your IT technician.
